As part of a range of events organised to promote the Jura Arc region and encourage meetings and communication between its industrial players, the Bernese Jura Chamber of Public Economy organises a monthly "Medtech breakfast".
These events are intended for all company managers wishing to network or develop their knowledge in the field of medical technology, and for contractors seeking subcontractors and specific competencies in this sector.
The February event was held at Polydec SA. More than 70 guests attended - a record number.
The programme included a short presentation of Polydec SA from CEO Claude Konrad and an introduction to certifications by Milène Peter, Phd in Process Engineering and Quality/IMS manager. Discussions continued on the topic of the day - "Difficulties faced by SMEs in accessing medical subcontracting". An interesting morning for all involved, which ended with a tour of the company premises.
